Can I start for free?
Yes. Free is an ongoing plan with 1 active Project, a development workspace with 2-hour sessions, and the option to bring your own LLM where supported. It is separate from the 14-day Pro trial.
Is there a free Pro trial?
Eligible new users will be able to try Pro free for 14 days when access opens. No credit card is required. Joining the waitlist does not start a trial.
What is the difference between Plus and Pro?
Plus includes 3 active Projects, a daily AI check-in, a development workspace that is live 24/7, and a professional subdomain. Pro adds unlimited active Projects, hands-on guidance from Ntense, and a production workspace that is live 24/7.
How does Ntense help as my AI accelerator partner?
Ntense is your AI accelerator partner. Share your goal, what you want to build, and the outcome you want your Project to achieve. Ntense helps you turn that ambition into practical next steps, with daily check-ins, scheduled follow-ups, and timely suggestions to keep your work moving.
As you make progress, it helps you review results, work through blockers, and adjust your direction. It stays with you as you work towards your target, with guidance that evolves alongside your Project. You set the priorities and make the important decisions.
Plus includes a daily AI check-in. Pro adds hands-on guidance from Ntense for your Projects. Accelerator partner support is not included in Free.
Can I use my own LLM?
Yes. Every plan lets you connect your own language model where supported. Your model provider's charges and limits still apply. This does not change your Ntense plan's Project or workspace limits.
How are Projects different from workspaces?
A Project organises a goal and its related work. A workspace is the environment used to build or run it. Your active Project allowance is 1 on Free, 3 on Plus, and unlimited on Pro. Unlimited Projects does not mean unlimited workspaces or AI usage.
What is the difference between development and production?
Use a development workspace to build and test. Free provides 2-hour sessions; Plus and Pro provide development workspaces that are live 24/7. Pro also includes a separate production workspace for running what you deploy.
What is a professional subdomain, and does it support email?
A professional subdomain is a named address provided by Ntense for your Project or business, included in Plus and Pro. You can manage its DNS records to connect a website, app or email service:
- A records point your address to a server's IPv4 address.
- ALIAS records connect your address to supported hosting targets.
- CNAME records make a name point to another hostname, such as the address supplied by your website provider.
- MX records connect incoming email to your chosen email provider, so you can use addresses such as hello@your-subdomain.
- TXT records let you add the verification and email authentication records supplied by your provider.
Email support means you can connect an email service through DNS. Mailboxes, email sending and forwarding are supplied by your chosen email provider; Ntense does not provide email forwarding. A professional subdomain does not add a production workspace to Plus or include registration of a custom domain.
Does a plan automatically give me a certificate?
No. Certificates depend on the applicable assessment requirements and evidence of your knowledge. Buying a plan does not automatically earn a certificate or guarantee a job.
